- Q. How long should my new appliance last?
A. New appliances are expected to last from 10 to 12 years. However, in years past a repair would have been done inexpensively thereby extending the life of the appliance. Today the price of new appliance is relatively cheap compared to a repair, so many customers decide to replace instead of repair.

- Q: How does does delivery and set up run?
A: We offer local delivery and install your new appliance without charge. There are charges for parts used in the setup if needed. Built in appliances are delivered locally free of charge but not installed

- Q. Do you have installation available for built in appliances?
A. Yes we have a very skilled installer who can install cook tops, ovens, built in microwaves, garbage disposals, etc.

- Q: Do you match change store prices?
A: We will attempt to meet and/ or beat major chain store prices, and remember most of the time they change for delivery, setup and removal of your old appliance.

- Q: Can I get my appliance that day?
A: Sometimes yes, but we guarantee next day delivery on in stock appliances.

- Q:Do Scratch and Dent appliances carry a full factory warranty.
A: Yes they do and we honor that warranty at Groves.
